My name is Erika Schroth. I’m a  Human Resources Manager and Diversity Executive Consultant. I invite diversity EXPERTS to share experiences and projects about inclusion of culture, gender, religions,age, sexuality, disability in business and society.

Already as a student at the University of Mannheim I felt the passion for human resource and organizational development, as well as diversity management. As an experienced HR Interim Manager and Executive Consultant I advises in periods of change.

I bring the “state of the art” in Human Resources into the companies. Thereby companies can increase their appeal as an employer. Instruments to reach this goal can be professionalization in HR processes, introduction of forward-looking topics such as talent management, eRecruiting, HR branding or diversity management. As a networking expert, consultant, mentor for talents in economy and at university, I understand the world of high potentials and top performers and thus is able to match the right people.
